Description
Manipulative offenders represent a particularly complex and elusive category within the criminal justice system. Their ability to deceive, control, and exploit their victims through emotional and psychological manipulation makes them difficult to identify and apprehend. Unlike physically violent offenders who rely on overt force, manipulative offenders engage in covert tactics which often leaves little to no physical evidence behind.
